Get ready to stretch, breathe, and have a blast! Our yoga class for 4th and 5th graders is a super fun way to move your body and calm your mind. We'll learn how to focus better with simple breathing tricks (pranayama), plus we'll do awesome poses (asanas) that help your body feel great every day. We'll even learn a cool Sun Salutation to get our energy flowing. It's all about having fun while learning to be strong and centered.

- Mondays from 3:00-4:00pm
- Session Dates: 2/23, 3/2, 3/9, 3/23, 3/30, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11
- Note: NO sessions on March 16, April 6
- Located in Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)
- Registration fee: $100 for 10 sessions
- All materials are included with registration fee
